This dressing is easy to make and delicious. Wonderful poured over salads or as a "dunk" for veggies.

Why I LOVE THIS RECIPE: This recipe brings back such fond memories. My father is a true garlic lover and I can still picture him adding garlic to a newly-made batch of dressing without even trying it first. The rest of us thought it was perfect just as mom made it.

Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, cut in large pieces
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can consensed tomato soup
  • 2/3 can vegetable oil
  • 2/3 can vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
  • Put onion and garlic in food processor
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
