Young Adults & Leadership

Reaching out to all adults 22 – 45 years old, the Federation’s Young Leadership plans social, cultural, and education programs. We plan everything from happy hours and Shabbat dinners to community service and philanthropy. We offer many leadership opportunities in various young leadership committees. more

Women's Philanthropy

Women's Philanthropy participants play a major role in enhancing and implementing Federation projects. Opportunities for education, personal enrichment, community outreach, and leadership development can all be found within Women's Philanthropy.  Programs include Connections, Lion of Judah, and Young Women's Cabinet. more

Israel Center

A joint project of the Federation and the JCC, the Israel Center is a living bridge between Tucson and Israel. The Israel Center is the place to learn about all things Israel, and to be part of the annual Heartbeat of Israel cultural arts series. more

Coalition of Jewish Education

The Coalition for Jewish Education serves as an educational arm of the Jewish Community, supporting all existing institutions and programs in their educational efforts. The Coalition seeks to coordinate all Jewish educators to ensure Jewish continuity for the future and provide lifelong learning form pre-school to adult years. more

Jewish Community Relations Council

The public-affairs and social-action arm of the Jewish community is the place to stand up for social justice, support Israel, build community partnerships and more. Throughout the year, the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) offers many ways to volunteer and help make the world a better place. more


JEA is a free information and referral service for Jewish adults 60 and older, connecting Seniors to Southern Arizona’s Jewish community (synagogues, events, assistance, and activities). It is a collaborative partnership between Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging, Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Southern Arizona, Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona, the Rabbinical Community and the Jewish Community Center.
